District 3 includes Allview/Arrowhead, Kings Contrivance, Owen Brown, North Laurel, Savage, Guilford and portions of Jessup.
In our ongoing effort to keep residents informed, we will be using this site to share information about developing issues, neighborhood events and other useful information.
