Project: Elm Street Development/Bethany Glen
Location: 9891 Route 99, Ellicott City
*This project has been placed on hold due to the Watershed Moratorium (Council Bill 56-2018).
Bethany Glen is an adult community proposed for development on a 67-acre site located in Ellicott City. This property is currently zoned Residential Use (R-20), but the contract purchaser, Elm Street Development, is requesting a Conditional Use for the property.The proposed development plan is asking for a total of 238 units.

Project: Erickson at Limestone Valley
Location: MD 108, 12170 Clarksville Pike & p/o 5450 Sheppard Lane
The proposal for this project is to rezone 62.116 acres from B-2 and RC-DEO to CEF-M for development of a continuing care retirement community and to permit the expansion/relocation and architectural enhancement of the existing Freestate Gasoline Service Station.
This project will be in front of the Planning Board on Thursday, March 21 at 7:00 pm. The Planning Board meets in the George Howard Building, and all meetings are livestreamed HERE.

Location: 2945 Route 97
A second presubmission community meeting was held on January 3 to discuss the project’s proposal. The property is currently zoned RR-DEO and will be submitting a Conditional Use Petition for an existing Landscape Contracting Business. Project: St. Louis Roman Catholic Church – Bell Tower
Location: 12530 Clarksville Pike, 6340 Ten Oaks Road, 6344 Ten Oaks Road
