CR107-2024 Proposed Charter Amendment

The certification of the ballot question to the Maryland State Board of Elections for the Charter Amendment proposed by Council Resolution No. 107-2024 may be found here.  According to the State Board of Elections, its deadline to certify ballots for the 2024 Presidential General Election and display them on its website is September 3, 2024.  The website for the State Board of Elections may be found here.
