Appeal of Hearing Examiner’s Decision and Order dated June 18, 2026, which granted a motion to dismiss regarding DPZ’s decision letter dated March 24, 2026, which determined that SDP-24-2024 is technically complete, subject to the ProjectDox plan markups and conditions.
