The Board of License Commissioners will hold a brief public hearingto consider and vote on certain proposed changes to the Liquor Board Rules.
The only changes that the Board will vote on at this hearing are:
- Changes to R 2.18, Transfer, that was considered at the last Rule Change hearing (but voted on incorrectly at the w/s)
- Addition of Marketplace License in accordance with House Bill 869
- Addition of On-Site Consumption Permit for Class 1 Distillery License in accordance with House Bill 549
- Update to Fee Schedule to include fees for above licenses
The proposed Rules are now published on the BLC webpage. Written comments will be accepted from the public until March 13 @ 5 p.m.
