The Zoning Board issues a request for quotes to evaluate Zoning Board Rule of Procedure and implementation of CB77-2021 (Hearing Examiner). The Howard County Zoning Board will hold a closed session to discuss the terms of the request for quote, before a contract is awarded or bids are opened, and to discuss a matter directly related to negotiating strategy or the content of a bid or proposal, as public discussion or disclosure would adversely impact the ability of the public body to participate in the competitive bidding or proposal process.
