Testimony may be given in-person or virtually via WebEx. Anyone wishing to testify must register prior to the start of the hearing using one of the 2 following methods:
- You may sign up in advance through the TESTIFY website.
- You may sign up in-person in front of the entrance to the Banneker Room via laptop BY MONDAY, OCTOBER 19TH AT 6:00 P.M.
