The deadline to submit written comments regarding the draft Rules of Procedure for the Zoning Board and the draft Rules of Procedure for the Zoning Board Hearing Examiner is at noon on October 15, 2026. The Board will also consider written and oral comments produced at the Public Hearing.
Please be advised that per Section 2.407 of the Howard County Zoning Board Rules of Procedure, the Zoning Board shall receive comments in writing from the time of introduction of the amendments to no later than two weeks after the conclusion of the last Public Hearing. Therefore the Board will accept written comments until 5pm on Monday, November 2, 2026.
Testimony may be given in-person or virtually via WebEx. Anyone wishing to testify must register prior to the start of the hearing using one of the 2 following methods:
- You may sign up in advance through the TESTIFY website.
- You may sign up in-person in front of the entrance to the Banneker Room via laptop BY MONDAY, OCTOBER 19TH AT 6:00 P.M.
