Howard County Council Cannabis Workgroup Draft Recommendations

DISCLAIMER: Council Resolution No. 104-2023 provides that the members of the Cannabis Workgroup shall consist of representatives from government agencies and appointees of elected officials. The Report of the Cannabis Workgroup must make recommendations to the County Council. The recommendations are made solely by the Work Group only. They are not the recommendations of the members’ agencies nor of their appointing authorities. The recommendations shall not be attributed to the members’ agencies nor to their appointing authorities. To the extent the members’ agencies and appointing authorities possess any authority regarding the subject of the recommendations, the Report shall not be construed to limit or prescribe the exercise of their authority in any manner whatsoever.
