Unless, otherwise stated, all Board of Appeals meetings are held as hybrid meetings. You may attend in person in the Banneker Room or CVG Room of the George Howard Building (3430 Court House Drive, Ellicott City) or virtually via Webex.

Proposed Rules of Procedure
The Board of Appeals has been reviewing and proposing amendments to the Board’s administrative practices, procedures, and policies consistent with the Howard County Charter, Article V. The proposed amendments will clarify specific requirements and standards and make stylistic and technical corrections. All proposed amendments will be submitted to the Howard County Council for review and approval.
