To amend Section 128.0.D. in order to provide 1) that modular office buildings may be used as part of a CU Plan; 2) to provide that office trailers may be converted into modular office buildings; and 3) to provide that in all zoning district, a storage or refuse container may be used with certain conditions imposed.
