To Amend Secion 131.0.N.1.a pertaining to a conditional use age-restricted adult houseing (ARAH) to: 1. Reduce the maximum number of dwelling units allowed per net acre in R-ED and R-20 districtcs by 1. 2. Require at least 25% of dwelling units to have 1,600 sq. ft. maximum of living space above grade to meet the needs of empty nesters who want to downsize from large homes to smaller, more affordable homes. 3. Increase the size of community buildings to 30 sq. ft. of net floor area per dwelling unit for the first 99 units.
