Zoning Regulation Amendments Case Chart

Amend the Zoning Regulations, Section 127.2 (Corridor Employment Zoning District), to increase the flexibility of uses within this zone in the Route 1 corridor by increasing the amount of first floor retail in office buildings and to decrease the minimum size of Parcels within the zone permitting uses allowed in larger CE zone properties.

Amend the definition of Age-Restricted Adult Housing in Section 103.A.5 of the Zoning Regulations.

Amend the Zoning Regulations to delete subsection "c" from Section 131.N.32 "Limited Outdoor Social Assemblies."
