To define Cottage Clusters; to provide where the use will be permitted by right (Cottage Clusters in ARAH are allowed by right only where the optional design is used); to add parking requirements to Sec. 133.0.D. ARAH apartments and multiplexes; and to add provisions within the optional design section for: Unit Orientation, Landscaping, Bulk Regulations, and Open Spaces.
