Deb has served as the District 4 Councilmember since 2018. Columbia has been her home for more than three decades. She brings to the Council her professional experience as an attorney, years of civic engagement, and passion for her community.

Council Resolution 181-2016 called on the Equal Business Opportunity Commission to study the County’s Equal Business Opportunity Program and purchasing practices. The study was completed in August 2017 and the results and recommendations were presented to the Council in October 2017.
